| Farm Fresh Produce & More! We grow produce year-round for our market, growing everything we can when in season. We also have produce buyers in the Southeast Farmer's Markets that help us purchase warm season veggies during the cold months and items like coconuts, bananas and tropical fruit we wouldn't have access to otherwise. We carry a full line of local Honey as well as Amish canned goods, local Dairy from Ocheesee Creamery & Mosier Farms as well as Amish Cheese. We have a full line of beef from cattle raised on our farm and from other local farmers. We grain feed our cattle for at least 90 days to ensure excellent marbling and taste. We have steaks, roasts, cube steaks, hamburger and minor cuts available daily. We carry local seafood, cold months we carry Apalachicola Oysters and during the summer we have local shrimp. This winter we have two greenhouses packed full of tomatoes to make sure we can give you a good "tomato sandwich" tomato instead of the "shippers" we're accustomed to during the winter months. We are working on starting a CSA for the spring vegetable season, if you're interested, let us know. We will supply you with a bushel of vegetables for the week with whatever we are picking during the summer and buying locally at the time. Details will be coming in the next few weeks. |
